Terms and Conditions

2.1 Service Eligibility

• Services are provided for professional and personal transportation purposes
• Users must be at least 18 years old to make bookings
• Corporate accounts may be established for business transportation needs
• All bookings require accurate contact information and service details
• Users are responsible for providing correct pickup and destination addresses

2.2 Booking Requirements

• Bookings must be made with reasonable advance notice (minimum 2 hours for standard services)
• Special events and elite roadshow services require 24-48 hours advance booking
• All service details, special requirements, and preferences must be communicated at booking time
• Changes to bookings must be requested at least 2 hours before service time
• Cancellation policies apply as outlined in Section 4

2.3 Service Areas

Imperialiones provides services within Singapore and may arrange transportation to neighboring countries upon request. Service availability may vary based on:

• Geographic location and accessibility
• Traffic conditions and road availability
• Government regulations and restrictions
• Special events or circumstances affecting transportation

3.1 User Conduct

Users agree to:

• Treat chauffeurs and staff with respect and courtesy
• Arrive at designated pickup locations on time
• Provide accurate information for all bookings
• Comply with all applicable laws during service provision
• Respect vehicle cleanliness and condition
• Follow safety instructions provided by chauffeurs

3.2 Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Engage in illegal activities during transportation
• Consume alcohol or controlled substances that impair judgment
• Smoke in vehicles or use prohibited substances
• Harass, threaten, or abuse chauffeurs or staff
• Damage or misuse vehicle equipment or furnishings
• Attempt to record or photograph chauffeurs without consent
• Use services for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Provide false or misleading information

3.3 Consequences of Violations

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of services, additional charges for damages, legal action, and permanent banning from future services. Users are liable for all costs associated with policy violations.

4.1 Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services or as agreed for corporate accounts
• Accepted payment methods include cash, credit cards, and bank transfers
• All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes
• Additional charges may apply for special requests, waiting time, or service modifications
• Corporate clients may arrange monthly billing with approved credit terms

Refunds are processed according to our cancellation policy. Service disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, traffic, government restrictions) may qualify for partial refunds or service credits at our discretion.

5.1 Service Availability

Imperialiones makes every effort to provide reliable service, but cannot warrant:

• Availability during peak demand periods or special events
• Exact arrival times due to traffic or weather conditions
• Service provision during emergencies or government restrictions
• Access to all locations due to road conditions or security requirements

5.2 Limitation of Liability

Imperialiones' liability is limited as follows:

• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• No liability for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
• Personal belongings are left in vehicles at owner's risk
• Travel insurance is recommended for international services

5.3 Force Majeure

Imperialiones is not liable for service delays or cancellations due to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, terrorism, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6.1 Company Property

• All website content, logos, trademarks, and service materials remain property of Imperialiones
• Users receive limited license for personal use of our services only
• No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission
• Website design, software, and databases are protected intellectual property

6.2 User Content

By providing feedback, reviews, or other content, users grant Imperialiones a non-exclusive license to use such content for business purposes, including marketing and service improvement.

7.1 Data Collection

We collect personal information necessary to provide transportation services, including contact details, location data, and service preferences. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.

7.2 Confidentiality

Imperialiones maintains strict confidentiality standards. Our chauffeurs and staff are bound by non-disclosure agreements and professional conduct requirements regarding client information and activities.

8.1 Initial Resolution

Before pursuing formal legal action, parties agree to attempt resolution through:

• Direct communication with our customer service team
• Written complaint submission with detailed circumstances
• Good faith negotiations within 30 days of issue identification
• Management review for complex or escalated matters

8.2 Mediation and Arbitration

If direct resolution fails:

• Disputes shall first be submitted to mediation in Singapore
• Binding arbitration through Singapore International Arbitration Centre if mediation fails
• Arbitration rules and procedures shall follow SIAC guidelines
• Decisions are final and binding on all parties

8.3 Governing Law

These terms are governed by Singapore law. Any legal proceedings must be conducted in Singapore courts, and users consent to jurisdiction in Singapore for all disputes.

9.1 Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between Imperialiones and users regarding service provision.

9.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Invalid provisions shall be replaced with enforceable terms that achieve similar objectives.

9.3 Modifications

Imperialiones reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of services after changes indicates acceptance of updated terms.

9.4 Assignment

Users may not transfer or assign rights under these terms without written consent. Imperialiones may assign these terms in connection with business transfers or reorganization.

9.5 Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement. All waivers must be in writing and signed by Imperialiones management.
